How can I book my trip?
You can book your trip directly through our website by selecting the package that best suits your needs. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, we can also create a custom travel package tailored to your preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
What do the packages include?
Our travel packages typically include:
- Round-trip airfare
- Hotel accommodation
- Airport and internal transfers
Depending on the destination and package, additional services may also be included. Please refer to the individual package page for a complete list of inclusions before making your reservation.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer installment payment plans through participating banks, and TRU installment payments will be available soon, providing you with greater flexibility and convenience when booking your trip.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking at any time. The refund amount depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
- 30 days or more before departure: You will receive a refund after deducting a 5% administrative fee, in addition to any non-refundable expenses, such as visa fees.
- Less than 30 days before departure: Cancellation charges increase as the departure date approaches.
- Less than 7 days before departure or in the event of a no-show: The booking is non-refundable.
Important Note: Visa fees and any payments made to third-party providers that are non-refundable cannot be refunded once the application or booking process has begun.
